Welcome to Avinara. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Avinara mobile application and services. By accessing or using Avinara, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using Avinara, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Avinara on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Avinara at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Avinara.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avinara and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
